SERVICES
The team at Gibbs Machine Corp. over the last 30 years has gathered the skills necessary to offer a large range of skilled services to its ever growing family of customers. Products that have been provided since 1988 have included foam injection molds, welded steel frame work, assembly line product holders, aluminum cast products, machined aluminum products, along with many other products asked for by customers.
ALUMINUM
FOUNDRY
In house 5,000 sq/ft aluminum foundry with full production capabilities. Our foundry is equipped to melt up to 750lbs of aluminum per run coupled with 30 years of experience to ensure the highest quality of casting.
MOLDING
Gibbs Machine Corp. has been at the top of the foam injection mold industry for over 25 years with vast experience in automotive and packaging tooling, However production of blow molds, thermoforming molds, and rotational molds have been produced as well.
MACHINING & TURNING
Specializing in aluminum, brass, stainless, composites, foam, and steel. Gibbs Machine Corp. has both enclosed and bed mills with cutting capabilities of 85 by 145 inches and 24 inches of height. The CNC department also house two CNC lathes for accurate turning capabilities.
CHECK FIXTURES
To insure quality control Gibbs Machine Corp also produces certified gauges for measuring foam tolerances. These fixtures are 3D modeled in house then approved by the customer before being produced. Lastly they are sent to a 3rd party for certification before arriving at the customer.
PART MODELING
The team at Gibbs Machine Corp. has been trained and has countless work experience with a variety of CAD design software like MasterCam, Solidworks, and Auto Cad. Part design and modeling is done in close communication with the customer to ensure they get the exact product being expected.
Coatings
Products may also be finished off with a few different coating processes that Gibbs Machine Corp performs in house. These coating include a non sticky teflon coating, strong long lasting powder coating, and a high temperature ceramic coating.
